Tracy leads marketing and partnerships for Holden Advisors. In her role, she collaborates with the ownership team to bring new research and intellectual property to market. She drives the firm’s thought leadership efforts, aligning insights with future market and customer needs, and oversees the firm’s brand evolution, communication strategy, and market reach.
She is also the host and producer of If Prices Could Talk, Holden Advisors’ podcast. Through discussions with subject matter experts and industry leaders, the show explores trends and current events shaping the future of pricing power for B2B.
Before joining Holden Advisors in 2021, Tracy spent ten years in various consulting, sales, and marketing leadership roles. She has been a coach and partner to leaders across organizations on strategy, leadership, growth, and execution with clients from small and midsize companies to Fortune 500 and Global 1000 enterprises. Her experience includes projects in the consumer goods, mining, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and energy industries across North America, Europe, and Africa.
Tracy holds a B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University.
