Richard has over 15 years of experience in pricing, post-merger integration, and global revenue operations in enterprise software firms. Based in Switzerland, he is expanding Holden Advisors’ international reach, serving clients with complex footprints and helping them drive SaaS growth at scale.

Prior to joining Holden Advisors, Richard held several leadership roles guiding SaaS transitions from on-premises to cloud, overseeing thousands of enterprise customers, and establishing deal desk and pricing analytics functions that fueled revenue growth from $150M to $800M valuation.

Early in his career, Richard served on the U.S. National Rowing Team, earning a silver medal at the World Championships before becoming the youngest head coach in U.S. Junior National Team history. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, leveraging his analytical edge to deliver breakout growth and profitability for clients.
