As a Vice President at Holden Advisors, Erica leads the firm’s learning and change management efforts to maximize the performance of sales organizations. She is responsible for sales leadership development, designing new offerings, and enabling pricing and sales capabilities at scale.
Erica’s career spans 20 years across sales, sales enablement, change management, and commercial transformation. In previous roles, her experience ranged from taking startups public to working with some of the most sophisticated sales forces in the world. She has directed large-scale sales force projects for market leaders including AWS, Boston Scientific, Randstad, and has worked across the CPG, manufacturing, consulting, technology, healthcare, logistics, and insurance industries.
Erica earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and a Mastering Sales Certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
